Use of The Kitsap Card signifies the understanding and acceptance of the following terms and conditions.  Membership of The 2012 Kitsap Card expires on December 31, 2012 and is valid during normal business hours, every business day, unless otherwise noted.

In the event that any published participating advertiser is unable to honor The Kitsap Card for any reason, whatsoever, The Kitsap Card shall not be held responsible or pro-rate any membership fee. Neither The Kitsap Card or the participating Merchants are responsible for lost, stolen, improperly validated or mutilated membership cards.  A fee will be charged to registered Members for a replacement card. One replacement card per member number. Please register your Kitsap Card online at www.kitsapcard.com or call 360-377-8277 to register by phone.  Please provide your unique 6 digit member # (found on the back of your Kitsap Card).

To take full advantage of the benefits offered, please read each ad carefully, noting any exclusions or special conditions which may apply to each offer.

• Discounts offered by individual merchants will vary.  Please review each ad to become acquainted with each discount offer.  Some, provide unlimited usage on the same discount or special offer each time you present your Kitsap Card to the merchant.  Others, offer two types of discounts – one discount is for the first time you use your Kitsap Card. This discount has a validation number found within each ad that is then scratched off on the back of your membership card after the discount is provided. The second discount is for each time you present your Kitsap Card at that same merchant thereafter – everyday.
• Membership Cards MUST be present prior to your purchase for any validation in order to receive any discounts.  Merchants have the right to refuse a discount if the Kitsap Card is presented after the transaction has been rung up and completed.
• 2 for 1 offers are NOT valid with any other Kitsap Card discount offer from the same merchant on the same visit or day.
• Kitsap Card discount offers cannot be used or combined with any other promotion, discount, special or sales offer which may be provided by the Merchants, unless otherwise stated within each advertisement.
• Any or all applicable sales taxes are extra.
